Owners Patrick Clifford and Alex Yaskavets have over 40 years of combined experience, and have completed more than 3,250 roof replacements together around Cape Cod in the past two decades.

How the process works
From the moment we arrive to the moment we leave, every step is designed to protect your property and deliver a flawless finish.
1 · Arrival
We show up promptly in the morning with two trailers — one for garbage removal, one with our equipment.
2 · Property protection
We protect all bushes, flowers, lawn ornaments, grills, decks and any other obstructions near the building from falling debris.
3 · Staging
We set up OSHA-compliant staging securely against the house to create a safe, comfortable work area.
4 · Heavy-duty tarps
Large heavy-duty mesh canvas tarps are nailed across the entire roof eaves and draped down to the ground — no garbage ever touches your walls or lawn.
5 · Tear-off & install
Once the old roof is off, we split into two teams: installers begin the new roof while the ground crew starts cleanup in parallel.
6 · Magnet sweep
The ground crew rakes, magnets, and searches for the smallest pieces of debris that the eye can see — then helps installers finish on the roof.
7 · Final walk-through
When we're done, you'll have a beautiful lifetime-guaranteed roof — and your property will be so clean you'd never even know we were there.
